MJR Resources exists to match the accounting, finance, HR and marketing needs of client companies with highly qualified and capable professionals in these fields. We view search as an art form, rather than a rigid technical process. Our work helps protect and expand the intellectual capacity of client businesses and bring out the professional depth of exceptional individuals. We believe we’re particularly successful because MJR Resources uses a relationship recruiting model that uncovers hidden elements of our client company’s history, culture, dreams and aspirations. We then blend these key facets with the past experiences and future preferences of potential candidates to paint a single, vivid and powerful portrait of shared purpose, results and mutual success.

MJR Resources thoroughly interviews high-potential candidates to gain a clear understanding of their experiences and future preferences including capabilities, accomplishments, strengths, and limitations. We interpret the interests and goals of these candidates in a manner that responds to more than tactical job descriptions and compensation issues. Until an introduction is made, the company’s identity and position requirements are often kept confidential to protect the organization’s exposure and to ensure that the candidate answers key questions accurately and representative of their capabilities rather than being influenced by the client’s identity.
